Some exciting news coming from NZDG. Plan for the 2025 NZDGC Christchurch.www.facebook.com/100063725582968/posts/942173981250113/?New Zealand National Championships 2025 - ChristchurchAfter an 11 year hiatus, the biggest disc golf tournament in New Zealand will return to Christchurch. Much has changed in this time - disc golf in Christchurch has grown in leaps and bounds from its humble beginnings at Jellie Park - where 2014 Nationals was hosted.Several courses and thousands of disc golfers now populate the city - with the two hardest courses set to host the National Championships next year.Bottle Lake Disc Golf Course is a true woods course set amongst a pine forest where finesse and accuracy are essential to score well. It challenged some of the world's best earlier this year on the Tour Down Under.Playing a perfect compliment to Bottle Lake will be Brooker Ave Disc Golf Course. This red-zoned land has been repurposed for flying discs. Late last year, Bros for Change took the existing 9 hole course and re-designed it into an 18 hole championship layout. A par 70 course at over 3000m - it's a beast of a course! With open fairways and typically a whipping wind - very different disc golf will be required to Bottle Lake. The New Zealand Disc Golf Championships 2025 will be hosted by Bros for Change and the Watkinsons. We look forward to a fantastic tournament!📸 Flex Line Media ... See MoreSee Less
